Course Syllabus:
This seminar is designed to educate auditors in crisis and disaster management plans and how to audit them. While a business continuity plan covers the business process recovery, disaster management includes incident stabilization and protection of human life. Board and audit committees need assurance that such a plan will work when the need arises. The first few hours after a crisis can make the difference between successful or unsuccessful crisis management.
